Several literary agencies are being impersonated by people claiming to be literary agents. Please be aware that no-one from Aragi Inc., will ever ask for a reading fee from a prospective client. If you’ve received an email asking for a reading fee please forward it to queries@aragi.net and we will investigate.  

We’ve also been notified that scammers are impersonating Aragi Inc. authors online. Please be cautious. Often, the goal of these scams is to steal money, intellectual property such as a manuscript, and/or valuable personal information. If you’ve received a suspicious communication, please report it to the FBI’s Internet Crime Complaint Center: https://ic3.gov/. To learn more about publishing scams, visit https://www.prh.com/prh-fraud/.

All queries should be submitted to queries@aragi.net.

Aragi, Inc. represents a wide range of fiction, nonfiction, and graphic novels. We do not represent screenplays. Submitted queries should include a cover letter with your name, a short bio, the title of the work, and a brief synopsis. Manuscripts should be attached as .PDF or .docx files and should be titled in the format “Last Name_Manuscript Title”, e.g. “Ginsburg_Sunset City”. You may include a full manuscript or an excerpt of whatever length you choose. We do not accept queries by mail or over the phone.

Please note that, due to the volume of submissions we receive, a typical reply may take anywhere from six to eight weeks.

Translation rights are handled by The Marsh Agency.

UK rights are handled by Abner Stein.
